Applicant Review 

Redesign

Previously, users had to edit job criteria on a separate page from where they review the applicants. This was a disruptive experience, especially when recruiters naturally want to stay on the page where they can focus on viewing applicants. 

With this release, users can now reference the job description, edit job criteria, and review applicants on the same page. In other words, they no longer need to navigate between pages for the application review workflow. This experience also more closely follows the experience in External Search, where users edit job criteria in the left panel and review results in the right side.
