SeekOut Spot is a fully managed recruiting service that combines agentic AI with experienced human recruiters. The SeekOut Spot team handles the entire sourcing, outreach, and vetting process for you. At the end, you’ll receive a curated slate of qualified, interested candidates based on the custom rubric built for your role. Spot is designed for companies that want faster, high-quality hires without increasing recruiter workload.
What is SeekOut's pricing model?
SeekOut Recruit software plans are billed on an annual basis. SeekOut Spot, our agentic-AI recruiting service is sold in packs of candidate slates with no annual commitment.
Is there a minimum contract length for SeekOut’s pricing plans?
SeekOut Recruit’s software contracts start at a minimum of one year. SeekOut Spot is sold in candidate slate packs, which you can purchase and use over time without an annual commitment.
I'm a SeekOut Recruit customer; how do I learn more about SeekOut Spot?

Do I have to purchase SeekOut Recruit software to use the SeekOut Spot service?
No. SeekOut Spot slates can be purchased without purchasing or deploying SeekOut Recruit software.
Do you charge for integrations?
Not separately, no. For SeekOut Recruit, integration is free when you buy the rediscovery add-on. The package you choose includes all applicable integrations. If your company uses and integration that SeekOut does not currently support we are happy to discuss adding it.
