The team quickly realized that SeekOut’s AI-assisted platform was best suited to provide critical insights into the world of recruiting, specifically addressing the major gaps that existed for human resources and talent acquisition teams.

The SeekOut team built a platform that aggregates more complete data than any other company in the market. AI-powered search functions uncovered candidates that otherwise could go unnoticed, with specialized talent pools to help customers source hard-to-find talent.

Improving internal talent development

After success within talent management, the SeekOut team found that customers had a common, yet critical challenge—retaining and developing their existing employees. They launched SeekOut Grow to help companies support their employees with new connections and opportunities.
