Minimize Filter Added

With this release, we've added the functionality of the Minimize filter to all Healthcare talent pools:

Consolidate Healthcare Filters

In the Nursing pool, we have removed Current Title and Nurse Title from that pool. Recruiters are encouraged to use License Type in the Nursing pool.
