Workspace Superpowers

You asked and we heard you on a variety of ways to enhance Workspaces to make things faster and more efficient.

Profile Flyouts are live! See Screenshot below.

* Now, in all Workspace views (except Shortlist and Evaluate -- coming soon!), profiles appear as sleek summaries that can pop open in a flyout with built-in navigation, status changes, and keyboard shortcuts. No more opening profiles in new tabs or losing your place — scrolling long lists is now a breeze!

* Also, the Workspace Name now reliably shows up in Search History, so things never feel lost.

* Workspace AI Query generation now detects the employer from job descriptions and automatically excludes current employees from search results – smarter targeting!

* The Setup Wizard now automatically saves a copy of every search created during setup – no more lost work.

* The Evaluations section now includes a “Shortlist All Matches” banner and CTA when filtering by scorecard criteria – faster bulk actions.

* Recommended Actions in Workspaces now prompt users to Share Workspaces with teammates – driving collaboration forward. (e.g. Start your Shortlist, Grow your Shortlist, Create a Scorecard, Start your Outreach Campaign)

* You can now Export profiles directly from the Evaluate step in Workspaces – making it easier to share and analyze candidate data.

New Features & Enhancements

* Saved Searches now include timestamps, making it easier to distinguish between versions and track changes.

* A new Team Admin setting lets Org Admins decide whether to send activation emails when creating new users – more control over onboarding.
