Updated Nursing Talent Pool Data Refreshed

The Nursing Talent Pool has been refreshed with the latest candidate data to improve search accuracy and relevance. This update includes newly updated profiles tailored to nursing roles. Recruiters and sourcers can now access a more current and comprehensive pool of qualified nursing professionals.

Power Filters Refreshed for Greater Precision

We regularly review power filters on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to make sure they're up to date with the latest available information. We refreshed over 25 existing power filters to include better alignment with existing public data — making it easier to surface the most relevant candidates in a variety of categories.
