SeekOut Hires Qualtrics Executive Claire Fang as Chief Product Officer to Drive New Enterprise Talent Optimization Solution
SEATTLE, Wash., July 12, 2022 – SeekOut, the leading Enterprise Talent Optimization Platform, today announced that it has hired Claire Fang as its Chief Product Officer. Claire's addition to the team comes as SeekOut accelerates its vision of providing comprehensive data-driven tools that allow great companies and great people to grow together.
Claire joins SeekOut with a wealth of experience in the HR tech space. She was recently the Chief Product Officer for the EmployeeXM product line at Qualtrics where she led the team to grow the revenue more than 6X during her tenure. Throughout her career, Claire has held various product leadership positions in the tech industry, including leading the Business Platform product team at Facebook, building and growing Microsoft’s cloud platform Azure, consulting experience at McKinsey, and overseeing all product development efforts at a drone startup, eHang.
