Cross-channel search

Some of the most avid SeekOut users have told us that they strive to utilize different talent pools more frequently. For many, they source from public profiles for recruiting top talent, and would also like to leverage their ATS for warm talent when time to hire is the most important metric on a critical role. Some are driving initiatives to increase internal mobility

With this update, SeekOut gets a UI refresh making it easier than ever for customers to see what candidates are available across talent pools. Users can start their search as always from any search entry point (e.g. Boolean, conversational search, power filters) and those search parameters persist across pools.

For customers that have their ATS integrated, the My ATS pool is actively searched. This pool is full of your silver medalist candidates that may be warmer and quicker to respond than passive public candidates. This is especially effective when time to fill is of highest importance.

For others, the best place to find right candidate for your open role is inside your building. Many of your employees are actively looking for their next role already, and don't want to leave your company, but don't know where to look. For those customers that integrate their HRIS, SeekOut enables internal recruiters to view an employee's internal experience providing context on whether the candidate will be a fit for an open role.
