Inbound Talent

SeekOut Inbound Talent increases recruiter efficiency and improves objectivity and fairness, whether reviewing one or thousands of applicants. SeekOut accelerates inbound applicant review with sorting capabilities and enables recruiters to process applications more quickly. 

With Inbound Talent, recruiters save hundreds of hours from manually reviewing inbound applications by leveraging SeekOut’s powerful search capabilities to accelerate their workflow.  

To access Inbound Talent, navigate to the left panel from any SeekOut page and click 'Inbound Talent.'  

An integration between SeekOut and your ATS is required for the Inbound Talent product to retrieve jobs and applicant information (including resumes). The integration also allows recruiters to act on applicants and either reject or progress them to the next stage of the hiring process.
