As SeekOut’s Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Daniel Newton, aka “Dan the Boolean Man,” partners with talent acquisition teams and executives to support their growth objectives. In addition to his Boolean expertise, Daniel is highly skilled in passive candidate sourcing and is passionate about identifying qualified talent as efficiently as possible. Before joining SeekOut, Daniel spent four years as an RPO recruiter and source and led a 12+ sourcing team.
Christina Tymony (she/her) is an HR professional with over 10 years of experience spanning benefits, learning & development and recruiting. Over the last few years, she’s been dedicated to supporting underrepresented communities by building and leading strategies focused on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in Tech. She’s a Seattle, Washington native, and alumna of Seattle University.
As SeekOut’s Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Matt Guirgis, partners with talent acquisition teams and executives to support their growth objectives. Matt began his recruiting career on the agency side helping Microsoft partners and end-users find and attract top technical talent. He then moved on to become a diversity recruiting specialist, again performing third-party recruiting for some of the world’s leading brands. After years of passive candidate sourcing across a variety of functions, Matt came to SeekOut to help its customers achieve success with the platform and offer advice from his experiences.
With over 10 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Ed Pedini serves as the Head of Customer Advocacy at SeekOut. Ed has a background in technical recruiting from all over the world and has led teams of recruiters and sourcers resulting in thousands of hires. In his spare time, Ed enjoys being outside in nature and spending time with his cat, Luna.
Harry has spent the last 5 years at Salesforce and works hand in hand with leadership to help execute their equality strategy. He’s passionate about DEIB and has dedicated his career to both helping attract talent from underrepresented groups and also creating a culture of inclusivity. Harry was born in Puerto Rico and raised in the northeast, but today calls Miami, Florida home.
ShaJra Austin currently serves as the National Director of Job Placement for the nonprofit CareerSpring. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading talent acquisition teams, transforming people programs and championing inclusive corporate cultures for global consulting firms. As National Director, ShaJra is responsible for driving the strategy to help CareerSpring fulfill its mission to help every first generation college student identify meaningful employment. ShaJra lives in Houston, Texas with her husband, their two daughters and their 13year old Rhodesian Ridgeback.
Jenny Armstrong-Owen is currently VP of People at SeekOut and brings more than 25 years of experience partnering with executive teams to build, develop and scale effective organizations. As a People leader for both public and private companies, Jenny’s greatest joy comes from nurturing inclusive and diverse teams which support kind, empathetic, collaborative and driven cultures.

Over the past 30 years, he’s anchored on this approach while leading large TA and Operations organizations, serving in the community as a non-profit board member and currently as a start-up investor and advisor through his company, Sage&Sea Ventures.
