• Renewal reminder emails for self-serve annual customers, sent 45 days ahead of auto-renewal
• Self-serve billing fix: resolved a dead-end error when updating a card after a failed payment

Chrome Extension

The SeekOut Recruit Chrome Extension was rebuilt and went live July 15. It is a ground-up rewrite as a modern React app, now embedded directly inside LinkedIn as a fly-out instead of a separate popup. The update rolled out automatically, so no reinstall or action is needed.

• Candidate identity verification (new): recruiters can optionally verify a candidate’s government ID through a third-party provider before an interview. Only the verified or declined result is stored, never the ID image

• Smart notification digests: a single digest highlights recommended candidates instead of a flood of per-candidate alerts

• New AI evaluation opt-out for Workspaces. Organizations with policies restricting AI use in hiring can now use Workspaces’ advanced search and ATS integration while keeping automatic AI candidate evaluation and recommendations turned off.

Plans & Billing

• SeekOut Recruit Core is live with self-serve monthly and annual plans. Teams can now sign up and pay by credit card to get started immediately, no sales cycle required.
• International billing is now supported for contact credits. Customers outside the U.S. can select their country when purchasing, removing a tax-calculation error that previously blocked non-U.S. purchases.
• More control over outreach email deliverability. Admins can now set whether SeekOut skips sending outreach emails when only a non-preferred email address is on file.

Search & Sourcing

• Required Skills filtering in Smart Match got a redesign. The new grouped layout makes it easier to build and manage skill requirements without a walkthrough.
• Hidden Profiles filtering is now on by default for all Workspaces customers. This helps teams avoid duplicate outreach and keep candidate ownership clear across recruiters, with quick and advanced filtering options for fine-tuning by project, activity, or time window.
• Scorecard criteria are easier to understand at a glance. Descriptions for each scorecard criterion now appear directly beneath the label in the expanded view.

Integrations

• Greenhouse: export candidates straight to a requisition. Candidates exported from SeekOut can now be sent to a specific requisition as a prospect, rather than routed through applicant review.

Workspaces & AI Evaluation

• Simplified AI Evaluation workflow: the “Evaluation” tab is replaced with an “AI Recommendations” entry in the source sub-nav for a more streamlined experience

Outreach

Admin control for sequence email domain settings: Admins can configure “exclude work email domains” at the org level for all users.
