The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides California consumers with certain rights regarding their personal information. These rights include the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to correct inaccurate personal information.
The metrics below are for CCPA consumer requests that ZipStorm, Inc. received from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
Requests may be denied for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: inability to verify the identity of the requestor, inability to locate data associated with the requestor, or the request does not qualify under the CCPA.
