We already have SeekOut. Why do we need MCP? 

If you’re already a SeekOut Recruit customer, MCP is included in your license at no extra cost. It also doesn’t replace anything about your current setup. It simply brings SeekOut into the flow of your team’s daily work, so instead of switching to the SeekOut UI, your recruiters can search, iterate, and take action from the AI assistant they’re already using.  

Is SeekOut MCP secure? 

Yes. All traffic between your AI assistant and SeekOut is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. MCP respects your existing SeekOut permissions, so no one can see data they couldn’t already access. Admins can revoke any user’s session at any time from the admin console, and per-user rate limiting is built in. SeekOut never trains models on your data. 

We don’t use Claude — we use a different AI assistant. Will it still work? 

SeekOut MCP works with any MCP-compatible AI assistant, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Amazon Quick, and others. If your AI tool supports the MCP standard, SeekOut connects to it.
