Anoop Gupta, CEO and co-founder of SeekOut, has been named a finalist for the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 Mountain West Award by Ernst & Young LLP.
The program, now in its 41st year, recognizes founders and business leaders who are building and growing companies with long-term impact. Anoop was selected by an independent panel of judges alongside 40 finalists across the Mountain West region, based on his leadership, company growth, and contributions to the broader market.
For those who know Anoop, the recognition reflects something that’s been consistent since the early days of SeekOut: a focus on building thoughtfully, staying close to customers, and taking a long-term view of the work.
Since co-founding SeekOut in 2017, Anoop has led the company from an idea into a platform used by hundreds of organizations to find and hire talent more effectively. Today, SeekOut supports more than 750 customers, including companies like Microsoft, Sony, DocuSign, Thomson Reuters, and Atlassian.
That growth has been shaped by a clear focus. SeekOut builds tools that help companies find and connect with the right people, with more context and better signal. As the hiring landscape continues to shift, that work has expanded into agentic AI, where technology can take on more of the recruiting workflow while keeping human judgment at the center.
The Entrepreneur Of The Year program highlights leaders across industries, from technology to healthcare to manufacturing, who are shaping how companies are built and scaled. This year’s Mountain West finalists represent a wide range of industries across Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
Regional winners will be announced in June in Colorado Springs, with finalists moving on to national consideration later in the year.
For SeekOut, this recognition is a moment to pause and acknowledge the work that has gone into building the company so far, across the team, our customers, and the broader community around us.
