We’ve launched several product enhancements to streamline how you source and engage talent. Here's what our product team has been up to in September:

People Insights Is Live In Workspaces!

We’ve made it easier than ever for users to access and analyze People Insights directly from a Workspace within SeekOut. Once you've created a Workspace and you're in the search UI, can you access People Insights by clicking the bar chart icon in the upper right hand portion of the screen.

Automatic Bulk Evaluation - A Big Workflow Upgrade in Workspaces!

Automatic Bulk Evaluation is now live in Workspaces. Users can now submit up to 500 top-matching profiles straight from their cross-channel search in one shot - no more clicking one by one. It's a massive time-saver for building shortlists, filtering results, and highlighting the best talent for every role. All you have to do is click "Evaluate Top Matches" in the UI and select your cross-channel sources.

Bespoke Sequences Are Available To Help With Outreach

Users can now create Outreach sequences leveraging AI

"Create Outreach With AI" makes it easy for recruiting teams to create and scale effective email outreach by leveraging AI . Once you're ready to create an Outreach sequence within a Project or Workspace, you'll now see "Create Outreach with AI" to get help to create tailored messages quickly. Once you select the "Create Outreach with AI" option, a pop-up window will appear with directions on how to set up your messages. Choose from two options:

• One Sequence for all. The same message will go out to everyone.

• Unique Sequence for each candidate (This option will be available in a few weeks). This will take longer to generate emails but the messaging is more personal.

Edit A Sequence After It Has Started   

One of the biggest pieces of feedback we've heard from customers is the ability to edit a Candidate Outreach sequence after it has started. You can now do this -- no need to create a new project for editing an old sequence! This helps save time and streamline your workflow.
