Build Human-Driven, AI-Assisted Technology
We believe AI should augment human capabilities, not replace human decision-making. Our AI systems are designed to assist recruiters and hiring managers by surfacing insights and recommendations, but they will never make employment decisions on their own. Humans remain at the center of every hiring decision.
Operate with Transparency
We are committed to documenting how our AI systems function and disclosing their use to our customers and candidates. We provide clear explanations of how AI is used in our products, what data it processes, and how it generates results so that users can make informed decisions.
Use AI to Advance DEI&B
We develop AI capabilities that actively advance the inclusion of underrepresented populations in recruiting. Our tools help recruiters discover diverse, highly qualified candidates they might otherwise miss, supporting organizations in building more equitable and inclusive workforces.
Test Internally and Validate Externally
We rigorously test our AI systems internally before deployment and engage external experts to validate our work. We partner with organizations like Credo.AI to conduct independent third-party audits of our AI systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of fairness and accuracy.
Design AI to Prevent Harm
Before deploying any AI system, we assess its potential impact on individuals’ interests and rights. We proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure our technology does not cause harm to candidates, employees, or the communities we serve. Our design process prioritizes safety and fairness at every stage.
Create Shared Accountability
Everyone at SeekOut plays a role in responsible AI. From engineering to product to leadership, we foster a culture of accountability where all team members are encouraged to monitor for bias, raise concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement of our AI systems.
Control By Design
We believe individuals have a fundamental right to protect their personal data. We build mechanisms for control into our products from the ground up, giving candidates and customers the ability to manage how their data is used, request corrections, and opt out of data processing.
